Chicago Executive Airport has seen on-going changes since it's modest beginnings in the 1920's. Infrastructure improvements such as those to runways, taxiways, lighting systems, instrument landing systems as well as building & maintenance programs have all been made in the name of safety and for the purpose of creating a better airport to better serve the public interest.
